A medical emergency occurred at the Allianz Arena during the Champions League clash between Bayern and their Portuguese visitors. Unfortunately, the Bundesliga leaders announced the following day that a supporter had died.

Bayern have not announced the name or age of the supporter and it is not known how the tragedy occurred. Kane, who got an assist in the 1-0 victory for Vincent Kompany's side, spoke out on social media after hearing the news.

"Such sad news," the striker posted in an Instagram story. "My thoughts are with the fan's family and friends. Rest in peace."
